Booth Specifications and Fees

To keep the festival focused on non-profits and other cultural educational partners the following categories and eligibility requirements are listed below. Please carefully review and select the appropriate category in which your organization or business falls into. Misselected categories or non eligible applications will not be reviewed or selected. You must ask for enough space to fully accommodate your display. Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. All booth spaces are outdoors.

Cultural or Faith-Based Education Booth Spaces

Non-profit organizations that promote awareness and education of the lifestyles, customs, or practices of one or more cultural or faith-based group.

Community Service or Health and Wellness Number of Spaces

Non-profit organizations providing community services and/or programs within the City of Elk Grove or non-profit organizations providing health related services, information, and/or educational materials.

GOV/Official/School Number of Spaces

Government agencies, government officials, and public and private schools or universities identifying services available from these entities or officials. Booths that support or oppose the approval or rejection of a ballot measure, or the election or defeat of a candidate, are not permitted.

Merchandise Vendor Spaces

This category is limited to individuals or businesses that would like to sell culturally relevant products or merchandise. Photos of products may be requested.

This category is limited to businesses that provide face painting, balloon twisting, or similar entertainment services for kids.

*Please note: you will not be asked for payment at this time. Your application will be reviewed by City Staff to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Once approved, you will receive an email with online payment instructions. If there are questions on your application or eligibility with the category you chose, City Staff will reach out to you directly. Please note that for-profit businesses must come in as a sponsor and not a vendor.
